Syntel Referral opportunit​y For B.Sc/BCA - 2012 Passouts

This is Sharanya working in Syntel. There is a referral recruitment
drive for freshers of B.Sc and BCA candidates, 2012 passouts.

Eligibility:
1) B.Sc/BCA graduates – 2012 passouts
2) Having an aggregate of 55% and above in 10th, 12th and graduation
3) No current backlogs
4)Candidate must not have gap in his/her education (more than a year)

Process:
1) Aptitude Test (includes logical and vocabulary)
2) Technical Interview
3) HR Interview
4) Interview result declaration
