Job Description    :

• Backend/Non-Voice Process
• Prepare Processing Documentation for various processes (US Benefits-Plans).
• Responsible for ongoing delivery of quality services.
• Maintain documentation of SOP and operating instructions.

Desired Candidate Profile :

• Any UG/PG (Result Awaiting also considered) 2010-2011 Batch.
• Good knowledge in MS Excel
• Good Communication Skill.
• Willing to work in night shifts.

Compensation :

• Training period stipend: 5000/-per month +cab Facility (Pick& Drop).
• After 6months& Clearing assessment: 15,000/-per month + incentives.
